IPP Toolkit Libraries
The IPP software is built upon two layered C libraries. The bottom layer is psLib, which provides a collection of basic data analysis tools and general data structures.
The next layer up is called 'psModules'. This library provides functions more specifically related to astronomical data analysis. These functions include, for example, transformations between WCS FITS header keywords and psLib data structures or functions for the detection and modelling of astronomical sources in an image.
