Title:   Introduction to Relational database model

Outline: Very few people understand what the big deal is
         about databases in general, and Relational databases
         in particular.  I will explain:

         - What is the Relational database model.
         - What's special about the Relational model.
         - What are the important capabilities of
             a good DBMS (database management system).

         Questions are encouraged.  Based on how things go,
         there may be one or more follow-on talks.
