Nick Kaiser - Update on the Data Simulator/Prototype Pipeline

I will give a brief update on the development of the image data
simulator and prototype pipeline.  I will outline the various
goals of this exercise, describe what has been implemented
so far, and open up discussion on how this should be further
developed.
